Corporate QAQC Manager (Building)
established construction company, is looking for a Corporate QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control across its building projects in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of QAQC systems and procedures across building projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality audits and site inspections to ensure consistent construction quality.
Review and monitor QAQC plans, inspection and test plans, method statements and quality documentation.
Identify quality issues and non-conformances, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality-related matters.
Monitor quality performance across projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to project QAQC teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant QAQC experience in the building and construction industry.
Experience with a main contractor is preferred.
Familiar with ISO 9001 and construction quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of building construction processes, quality inspections and audits.
