About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate inventory records, proper storage, and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and verifying incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Arrange, label, and store goods properly according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform picking, packing, and preparation of goods for delivery or shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and maintained in good condition.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools safely, where authorised.
• Follow company procedures, warehouse safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a certificate or diploma in logistics or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
