Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to senior management and visitors.
• Assist with setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including refreshments.
• Keep the pantry, meeting rooms, shared spaces and furniture clean, neat and tidy.
• Clean and maintain crockery, cutlery, utensils and pantry equipment (microwaves, refrigerators, water dispensers, coffee maker).
• Monitor pantry stock and consumption, replenish supplies and flag items requiring purchase.
• Report faulty pantry equipment promptly.
• Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, meeting rooms).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Able to speak and understand simple English.
• Experience in similar tasks/fields is advantageous.

Please note before applying:

• The workplace is located in western Singapore.
• Working hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
• The company provides transport to and from Boon Lay MRT.
• The office is in a three-storey building without a lift. The role requires using the stairs throughout the workday.
