We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Engineer with strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience for an opportunity in Malaysia.

Role: Salesforce Senior Engineer

Location: Sepang, Malaysia

Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations

Strong programming experience in Apex, including triggers, classes and batch jobs

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture

Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST APIs

Experience with Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Service Console, Entitlements & Milestones

Experience implementing automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder and Approval Processes

Strong experience in Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations

Good understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth and Named Credentials

Experience in data migration, data quality, data integrity and Salesforce security

Experience with unit testing, system testing, UAT support and defect resolution

Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado, Git, Jenkins or Azure DevOps

Salesforce Developer Certification required

️ Airline domain knowledge required

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Good to Have

Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications

Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
