Job Description

Corporate Strategy and Business Planning

Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives in line with the Group's corporate objectives.

Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends and assess potential business risks.

Establish business priorities and performance targets to support sustainable growth.

Business Operations and Performance Management

Oversee the company's overall business operations and ensure effective execution of business plans.

Monitor financial performance, operating costs, revenue growth and key performance indicators.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency and profitability.

Financial Management and Budgetary Control

Oversee budget planning, resource allocation and financial performance monitoring.

Review financial reports and business performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure appropriate financial controls and risk management measures are implemented.

Leadership and Organisational Management

Provide strategic direction and leadership to department heads and senior management.

Review departmental performance and ensure effective coordination across business functions.

Develop management capabilities and promote accountability, productivity and continuous improvement.

Corporate Governance and Risk Management

Ensure business operations comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and company policies.

Oversee corporate governance, internal controls and business risk management.

Support the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures to safeguard the company's business interests.

Stakeholder and Group Coordination

Coordinate with the Group's senior management and relevant stakeholders on business strategies, operational matters and performance reporting.

Provide regular updates on Singapore operations, business performance, financial results and key operational developments.

Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations and other strategic engagements where required.

Job Requirements

A recognised bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.

At least 10 years of relevant management experience, including substantial experience in senior leadership or executive management.

Demonstrated experience in business strategy, operational management, financial oversight and organisational leadership.

Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage business performance and drive organisational improvement.

Good knowledge of corporate governance, business risk management and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Ability to work with senior management and stakeholders across different business functions and geographical locations.
