Job Responsibilities:

1. Business expansion and solution sales: Develop new customers: Proactively identify and explore potential enterprises that require IT human resources outsourcing, high-end headhunting, and business process outsourcing through telephone sales, unfamiliar visits, LinkedIn, and industry events.

2. Consulting sales: Deeply understand the customer's business pain points (such as the urgent need for technical personnel in the project, high labor costs for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance), and provide a "talent as a service" consulting solution.

3. Service promotion: Focus on promoting contract based services, including software development outsourcing, system operation and maintenance, Helpdesk support, and professional talent deployment for the financial/technology industry

Solution Design and Bidding

4. Cost and Quotation: Collaborate with solution architects to calculate service costs and create market competitive quotations and proposals (RFP/RFQ).

5. Sales Support: Lead customer meetings, clarify requirements, coordinate with internal pre-sales technical experts to demonstrate delivery capabilities and SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments to customers.

6. Additional purchases and renewals: Explore new departmental needs among existing customers, increase customer lifecycle value, and ensure high renewal rates for service contracts.

Job requirements:

1.Industry background: Possess IT service experience, at least 2-8 years of B2B sales experience, and must come from any of the following fields:

2.Local system integrator, with industries involving hardware/software;

3.Human resources service industry (personnel outsourcing, BPO).

4.IT services (IT outsourcing, cloud services, on-site support, AI products)

5.Communication and Negotiation: Excellent written and spoken English skills, able to confidently present proposals to 6.the Technical Director or HR Director.

7.Stress resistance and self drive: able to independently complete customer development from 0 to 1, adapting to fast-paced performance pressure.
