About the Role: We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our brand-new Longbridge Café at Guoco Tower as Part-Time Store Assistants. This is a non-licensed, store-support role — you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests into our café-meets-fintech space, while getting hands-on exposure to how a modern investing brand runs day-to-day. You'll work alongside our Store Manager and full-time staff to keep the store running smoothly and help visitors discover Longbridge's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Reception
• Greet and welcome walk-in customers, providing warm, store-level reception and wayfinding
• Help maintain a great in-store experience for every visitor
• Account-Opening Support
• Work alongside full-time staff to support customers with app download, registration, and account-opening steps
• This role does not provide securities advice or perform any regulated securities activities — support is guidance-only, led by full-time staff
• Daily Operations
• Support day-to-day store operations, including floor upkeep, event support, and materials handling
• Assist with community events and in-store activations as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or polytechnic, or a recent graduate, with availability to work flexible part-time shifts
• Candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome; Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines are a plus
• Good communication and customer-service skills; presentable and personable
• Genuine interest in securities / investing / fintech, and willingness to learn about Longbridge's products
• Fluency in English required; Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as many café visitors are Mandarin-speaking and the role involves guiding them through app registration and account opening
• Candidates with prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, events, or financial services are welcome but not required
