Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: A further one year, exercisable in whole or in phases at the school's discretion.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm; Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm. Each day includes a 30-minute lunch break.

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• At least GCE O-Level qualification.

• At least two years of school-based administration and receptionist experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative in assigned duties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries.

2. Attend to walk-in parents, students, vendors and other visitors.

3. Carry out filing, typing and printing duties.

4. Maintain the General Office storeroom and inventories of office and first-aid supplies.

5. Maintain the sick bay.

6. Perform other assigned ad hoc duties.
