The Job:

• Support the preparation, processing and administration of standard agreements, statements of work, amendments and other routine legal documents.
• Manage contract intake and workflow through the company’s contract lifecycle management system.
• Assist with routine corporate matters across APAC jurisdictions, including maintaining corporate records and coordinating documentation with internal teams, corporate service providers and external counsel
• Maintain trackers for litigation, employment matters, investigations and other legal matters.
• Assist with document collection, chronology preparation and maintenance of matter files
