Contract: 6 Months (Convertible to Permanent)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Lead manufacturing process qualification and validation activities
• Improve production processes, quality and efficiency
• Analyse manufacturing data using SPC and statistical methods
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions
• Support automation, inspection systems and manufacturing improvements
• Prepare engineering documentation, validation protocols and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in manufacturing process validation, qualification or verification
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting
• Familiar with manufacturing quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is an advantage
