Assist the Project Manager in overseeing assigned sections of the project and ensuring smooth project execution.

Prepare detailed work programmes and monitor progress to ensure assigned tasks are completed within the approved master schedule.

Implement and monitor compliance with ISO quality management systems, environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements, and applicable green building and gracious workplace practices.

Ensure construction works meet the required quality standards and client and consultant specifications.

Ensure project activities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with consultants and clients on technical matters, including resolving site issues and coordinating shop drawing and material sample submissions.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications and contractual obligations.

Monitor project expenditure and manage work costs to achieve budget targets.

Supervise and guide project team members, promote productivity and encourage effective teamwork.

Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
