• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

• Able to work independently, lead procurement activities, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job description:

-          Plan and execute material procurement and warehouse management.

-          Develop and track departmental and individual monthly work plans.

-          Assist in formulating procurement, supplier management, and internal departmental systems.

-          Monitor international and domestic market trends and pricing.

-          Prepare medium, long-term, and annual procurement plans and budgets.

-          Conduct supplier bidding, inquiries, negotiations, and contract reviews.

-          Design and maintain safety stock levels.

-          Handle returns, exchanges, and payment follow-ups.

-          Implement bulk material hedging strategies.

-          Evaluate and manage supplier performance and maintain supplier information systems.
