Job Description

analyzing current system processes

designing functional requirements

developing work schedules to ensure applications operate within set timelines

providing system training and first-level application support to users

system monitoring and reporting aimed at process improvements to enhance operational availability and reliability

Diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues through root cause analysis

Tracking problem statuses and updating users on incident progress

The analyst must maintain technical procedures and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly

Create and maintain system and operational documentation, including Knowledge Based Articles for the Level 1 Help Desk.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

2 Years experience in application support and implementation with proven skills in problem-solving and ticket management using IT service management tools

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and holds an A Experience managing external vendor escalation and performance preferred.

Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical teams and end users

Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude

Innovative approach to problem-solving

Good knowledge of application design principles, design patterns, and software development life cycles (SDLC).

Additional skills include

Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, and SQL Server

Experience in project management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and software deployment
