About the Opportunity

Deloitte is seeking a proactive Billing Administrator to support our Tax and Legal team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth billing operations, supporting Partners, Directors, and Managers, and keeping our business running efficiently.

Your Impact / Work you’ll do

• Process billings, manage the end-to-end billing cycle, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records, account statements, and monthly ageing reports to track invoice status and client payments.
• Carry out recovery activities with diligence, ensuring compliance with the firm’s standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and update status reports and provide them to managers or other stakeholders as needed.
• Communicate actively with internal teams to support billing and collections.
• Assist in preparing simple analytical reports, presentation materials, and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

What We Look For / Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative/finance role, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with various software applications (prior SAP or Salesforce experience is an advantage).
• Proven ability to manage and close outstanding invoices and support billing processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
