Our client helps electronics manufacturers worldwide secure the components they need to keep production moving. Part of an established US-headquartered MNC group, the business provides electronic component sourcing, procurement and supply chain solutions, with a strong focus on component authenticity, counterfeit prevention and customer quality assurance.

The role is based in an inspection and distribution centre with a laboratory/warehouse environment.

What you will do:

• Incumbent reports to Regional Manager of Quality and Operations.
• Review component inspection findings and perform additional inspections to assess conformance with customer requirements.
• Make final QC assessments and document findings in the ERP system.
• Provide technical guidance and inspection training to quality inspectors.
• Work with Sales, Purchasing and Operations to resolve component quality issues.
• Support customer corrective actions and conduct internal QMS and ESD audits.

The ideal candidate should be/have:-

• A Diploma in Electronics or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on electronic component inspection experience within a broker or independent distributor
• Experience in component authenticity verification and counterfeit detection
• Familiarity with relevant inspection standards, ESD controls and customer quality requirements
• Sound technical judgment, attention to detail and clear communication skills.
