Responsibilities
Assist the Project Managers in ensuring smooth project coordination and timely completion.
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works and site issues.
Coordinate site meetings, inspections and project activities.
Maintain project records, reports and relevant documentation.
Conduct regular site visits and follow up on site requirements and safety matters.
Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the built environment.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work travel to site and learn project coordination.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Training and guidance will be provided.
