Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Hire, train, onboard, motivate, and mentor team members.
Performance Evaluation:
Monitor employee progress, conduct performance reviews, and address underperformance.
Operational Execution:
Translate executive or upper-management goals into daily workflows and project tasks.
Task Delegation:
Assign responsibilities, organize work schedules, and track milestone completions.
Reporting & Metrics:
Analyze departmental performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:
Resolve workplace issues, customer complaints, and team bottlenecks.
