About The Job

As a Business Process Lead, you will drive operational reporting and digital enhancements to support regional supply chain scaling and inventory balancing.

• Direct the enhancement of operational reporting tools, metrics, and business review frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise systems teams to identify and execute digital planning process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on global inventory management and working capital optimization.
• Develop training programs to ensure operational teams effectively leverage reporting tools and business applications.
• Mentor and lead a team of business process analysts to ensure consistent application of analytical frameworks.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, or business process management within a technical environment.
• Strong functional expertise operating enterprise resource planning platforms and advanced planning tools.
• Demonstrated capability in operational reporting, data visualization tools, and business process automation.
• Proven leadership experience managing analytical teams and driving cross-functional projects.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
