Loan Consultant / Credit Consultant

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Loan Consultant / Credit Consultant. No extensive experience is required candidates who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and grow with the company are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with customer enquiries regarding financing applications.
• Review customer documents and files for initial assessment.
• Contact customers via phone calls and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
• Understand customers’ financing requirements and provide suitable information.
• Assist customers throughout the application process.
• Maintain proper customer records and case updates.
• Follow up on ongoing cases until completion.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
