Finance & Accounting:
Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
Review financial reports submitted by branch office.
Compliance & Audit.
Handle ad-hoc projects.
Human Resources:
HR Administration.
Manage payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee records, and documentation.
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
Recruitment & Onboarding.
Employee Relations.
Compliance & Work Pass Matters.
