Lead System Engineer – Sensor Products

We are looking for an experienced Lead System Engineer to drive the development of advanced sensor products across electronics, embedded software, optics, and mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and requirements engineering.
• Own product integration, verification, and validation.
• Drive technical problem-solving, System FMEA, and risk management.
• Ensure product performance and compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of System Engineering experience.
• Successful delivery of at least 3 complete product development cycles.
• Strong expertise in electronics and/or embedded systems.
• Experience in requirements engineering, validation, and reliability.
• Excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have: CPRE certification, IEC 61508 knowledge, and experience in global organizations.
