Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and passionate Supervisor to support the daily operations of our luxury leather fashion house.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the sales team.
Provide excellent service to clients.
Assist with sales and achieve sales targets.
Maintain the boutique and product presentation to a high standard.
Manage stock and ensure products are handled carefully.
Train and guide team members.
Assist with daily operations and reporting.
Build good relationships with clients and support VIP customers.
Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, leather goods, or a related industry.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Well-presented, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
