Job Summary

Support the Operations Manager in coordinating daily school operations, facilities, and services to ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily school operations and facilities management to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth functioning

Collaborate with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contractor and Service Partners to schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements

Supervise and coordinate Operational Support Officers (OSOs) to complete operational duties effectively

Assist in preparing quotations, managing work requests, and supporting infrastructure budgets and project proposals

Maintain and support school safety, security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety protocols to ensure compliance

Support student discipline processes as needed to uphold school standards

Perform additional duties assigned by School Management to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum Singapore-Cambridge GCE N(A)/N(T) Level with a pass in English

Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in a related field

Preferably hold a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification

Demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with contractors, staff, and management

Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and cooperation

Possess general computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
