Head (Marcomms), Youth
NTUC Youth is the youth wing of NTUC. We support youth in becoming career-ready through mentorship, financial literacy, and mental well-being initiatives, and we develop next-generation leaders through specialised leadership programmes. We offer youth opportunities to connect, learn, and give back through active volunteering and network building. By tapping into NTUC's extensive network of unions, industry partners such as Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and government agencies, NTUC Youth bridges the gap between where youth are and where they want to be.
About the Role
As Head of Marcomms, you will lead NTUC Youth's marketing and communications function, shaping how we reach, engage, and grow our youth audience across every channel. You will own our strategic marcomms direction end-to-end, from brand and content to performance marketing and digital engagement while working closely with teams across the organisation to turn awareness into leads, membership sign-ups, and sustained engagement. You will also represent marcomms in NTUC Youth's work with the NTUC Transformation Office, helping shape the next phase of hyper-personalised digital experiences for our youth audience.
This role is well suited to someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the detail of a media plan or a dashboard, someone energised by working with youth, partners, and stakeholders alike.
