• Position : Botanical Artist (Floral / Plant Styling)

• Location : Choa Chu Kang

• Working hours : 5-day work week, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 14 days annual leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Landscape / Horticulture / Indoor Greenery

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and create orchid, plant and botanical arrangements.

• Prepare festive arrangements using seasonal plants and décor.

• Create corporate table arrangements, reception displays and feature displays.

• Customise arrangements based on customer requirements.

• Ensure arrangements meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.

• Prepare and condition plant materials before production.

• Support festive, event and large-scale botanical installations.

• Develop new botanical collections and seasonal arrangement concepts.

• Support product development, catalogues and promotional collections.

• Maintain arrangement consistency, plant quality and production area cleanliness.

• Provide design recommendations and prepare sample arrangements for customers.

Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Floristry, Horticulture, Landscape or related discipline will be advantageous.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in orchid arrangement, floral design or botanical styling.

• Experience in festive decorations, corporate or hotel floral arrangements will be advantageous.

• Strong artistic sense, colour coordination and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of orchids, flowering plants and foliage plants.

• Willing to support festive peak periods when required.
