• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of life insurance products and systems.

• Experience in system migration projects is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 

• Conduct comprehensive user acceptance testing to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly.

• Draft detailed user requirements and specifications based on business needs and system capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality between systems.

• Analyze existing system capacity and functionality in existing system and ensure these are accurately reflected in the new system.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues during the migration process, providing solutions to ensure project timelines are met.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

• Provide support and training to end-users on the new system functionalities and processes.
