Responsibilities:
We provide solutions to all recruitment needs as well as HR services for a range of industries in Singapore. Our clients varying from well-known and established corporations to up-and-coming start-ups, put their trust in our services to provide the most efficient and effective results for recruitment and HR services. Supporting the exponential growth of our clients is and always will be what we strive for.
We have a team of well-equipped recruiters who are dedicated to placing job seekers with the best-suited companies. We make sure our recruiters at Recruit Now are well-educated on employment laws, job market and skillsets needed for respective industries to ensure a meticulous selection process in recruitment and safe employment.

- Oversee full daily store operations: opening/closing, SOPs, layout, cleanliness, equipment maintenance
- Achieve sales & profit targets; monitor performance, run promotions, control costs
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, expiry checks, inventory counts & loss prevention
- Supervise, train & schedule staff; foster good service culture
- Handle cash, POS reconciliation, daily reporting & banking
- Resolve customer enquiries/complaints; build repeat business
- Ensure full compliance: food safety, hygiene, licensing, safety & employment regulations
- Experience in retail/convenience store management preferred
- Familiar with stock control, POS & basic bookkeeping
- Service-minded, reliable, able to work flexible/rotating shifts
- Good leadership & communication skills
