Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience *************

Food and Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and meals according to café recipes and health standards *************

Cash Handling:
Assist with cashing up procedures, handle payments accurately, and maintain financial accountability *************

Stock Management:
Monitor inventory, rotate stock to ensure freshness, check ‘use by’ dates, and report low or expired items to management *************

Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and tidy café environment, including tables, counters, and equipment, and comply with health and safety regulations *************

Support Roles:
Provide general assistance within the café or visitor center as needed, including helping colleagues and performing other job-related tasks as directed
