Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the migration of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) environment from an on-premises infrastructure to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud environment.
• Assess the existing Dynamics 365 technical architecture, customizations, configurations, integrations and dependencies to support migration planning and execution.
• Support technical migration activities, including data migration, system configuration, custom code adaptation and deployment to the target cloud environment.
• Perform technical testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve migration-related issues.
• Support deployment, cutover, go-live activities and post-migration stabilization to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering system configurations, migration procedures, integrations and troubleshooting processes.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development, configuration or implementation.

Experience supporting Dynamics 365 migration, upgrade or cloud transformation projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data migration, customisations and application deployment.
