Job Overview

Timuran Setia Industri KL Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from commencement through completion. The role is responsible for managing site operations, project schedules, resources, and relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience.

• Strong project management, site coordination, and leadership skills.

• Able to manage project schedules, resources, contractors, and site teams.

• Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multiple project requirements and work independently.

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from commencement to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Monitor project schedules, site progress, resources, and overall project requirements.

• Lead and coordinate site supervisors and project teams.

• Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.

• Ensure project work meets required quality and safety standards.

• Provide regular project progress updates and reports to management.
