About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven
Recruitment Consultant
to join our team. You will be involved in the full recruitment process and work closely with both clients and candidates to identify and place the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (270 or 360), from candidate sourcing and engagement to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
Source, identify, and assess suitable candidates for opportunities with our portfolio of global clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide professional recruitment advice throughout the hiring process.
Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations where required.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, market developments, and industry practices.
Share recruitment knowledge and best practices with the team.
Work towards individual and team placement targets.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years or more of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or headhunting environment.
Good understanding of the recruitment industry and manpower market.
Experience recruiting software, technical, corporate, or business professionals, particularly within the Internet / Technology industry, is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.
Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, resilient, resourceful, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, humble mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
MOM CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
