We are seeking a highly creative and experienced 3D Event Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative event concepts, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, and translating client requirements into impactful event experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong design capabilities, technical visualization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering creative solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Designer will be expected to:

• Serve as the creative lead for new event opportunities, overseeing the development of creative concepts from initial brief through final execution.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for event spaces, structural setups, exhibitions, and installations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external professionals throughout the design and production process.
• Review and understand clients' brand guidelines, ensuring all creative outputs align with approved brand standards and objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, project briefings, and site visits to gather requirements and develop creative event concepts.
• Produce detailed 3D designs, technical drawings, measurements, and specifications for fabrication and production teams.
• Plan and design event interiors, exhibition spaces, stage setups, and experiential environments based on approved creative directions.
• Execute design briefs efficiently while ensuring practicality, feasibility, and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop mood boards, mock-ups, presentation materials, and digital designs to communicate creative concepts effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to transform ideas into visually compelling and executable event experiences.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, 3D Designer, Event Designer, or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D visualization, design development, and technical drawing capabilities.
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, event environments, exhibition structures, and creative event concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a refined aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate concepts into practical design solutions.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional creative work and project outcomes.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally for project assignments.

Pay: Up to RM10,500.00 per month
