Tired of having ideas but never getting the chance to actually test them?

This role gives you the freedom to experiment, test and improve how customers shop online. From changing a product page and rethinking a customer journey to running A/B tests and testing new conversion ideas — you'll have the space to find out what actually works.

You'll own and optimise the e-commerce experience across Shopify, UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), using real customer behaviour and data to guide your decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimise the Shopify storefront, product pages, collections and campaigns
• Improve the customer journey through UX, navigation, content and conversion optimisation
• Analyse GA4, Shopify data, heatmaps and customer behaviour to find growth opportunities
• Plan, run and evaluate A/B tests and CRO experiments
• Work with creative, product and CRO partners to launch improvements and new products
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT & Gemini for content, research and analysis

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of e-commerce / Shopify experience
• Hands-on knowledge of CRO, A/B testing and e-commerce analytics
• Familiar with GA4, Shopify Analytics and CRO tools
• Strong understanding of UX and the e-commerce customer journey
• Knowledge of SEO / AEO / GEO
• Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable experimenting
• Mandarin speaking proficiency required
• HTML/CSS, Shopify Liquid or light coding knowledge is a plus
