任职资格
- Mandarin proficiency is a MUST for communication with China suppliers.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Resourceful and proactive, comfortable solving problems independently and following through until matters are fully resolved.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including with suppliers and external parties.
- Well-organised with good time-management and attention to detail, comfortable juggling multiple assignments at once.
- Willing to learn beyond a fixed job scope, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace or similar tools.
岗位职责
- Source and liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
- Compare quotations, products, samples and suitable options.
- Follow up on orders, suppliers and ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and assist in finding solutions for business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
- Support management on general business and operational matters.
- Handle documentation and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
