• At least 1 year of retail store or customer-facing sales experience

• Enthusiastic, outgoing and confident when interacting with customers

• Genuine interest in beauty and wellness products

• Sales-minded and comfortable working towards targets

• Mature, responsible, punctual and dependable

• Comfortable handling POS transactions, stock and daily store duties

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues in English and Mandarin; Mandarin is required to assist Mandarin-speaking customers daily

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays when scheduled

• Available to start in September 2026

Join the new CTG4u outlet in Sri Petaling, opening in September 2026. We are hiring 2 energetic, reliable and sales-focused Retail Sales Assistants.

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products

• Explain product features, benefits and usage clearly and accurately

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

• Work towards individual and outlet sales targets

• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately

• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checking

• Maintain attractive, organised and accurate product displays

• Keep the outlet clean, organised and ready for customers

• Support the management team with new-outlet opening activities and daily retail operations

Pay and role-specific terms: Basic salary RM2,500–RM3,500 per month, based on experience and capability. Additional allowance is based on performance, subject to individual capability and management assessment. Overtime pay applies where applicable under Malaysian labour law. Product knowledge and on-the-job training are provided.

Working schedule: Morning shift 9:30am–6:00pm or afternoon shift 2:00pm–10:30pm, including a one-hour meal and rest break. Six-day work week with one weekly rest day scheduled on Monday or Tuesday.
