About Us

Bina Cloud is a Malaysian construction-tech company. We build cloud platforms used by government agencies and private developers to deliver and manage built assets. Our products cover Common Data Environments, BIM-based asset and maintenance management, and AI-powered tools. We're a lean, fast-moving team digitalising Malaysia's construction industry.

The Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a Computer Science background to own the user experience across our web and mobile products. You'll turn complex workflows into clean interfaces that are easy to use, such as document control, BIM model viewing, site inspections and maintenance tasks. You'll work closely with our engineering team at our Putrajaya office.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile apps

• Conduct user research and usability testing with engineers, contractors and asset managers

• Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library

• Work with developers to make sure designs are feasible and implemented accurately

• Simplify data-heavy dashboards, forms and reports

• Iterate on features based on user feedback and analytics

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field

• 0–3 years of UI/UX design experience (internships, final-year projects and freelance work count)

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar) for prototyping and design systems

• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, responsive design; React is a plus)

• Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility and information architecture

• A portfolio showing your design process, not just final screens

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to work on-site in Putrajaya

Nice to Have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise dashboards

• Exposure to construction, engineering or BIM software

• Interest in designing AI-powered features
