What You’ll Be Doing?

Develop server-side logic and APIs for web/mobile applications; provide coaching, guidance, and support.

Work with front-end developers and user experience designers to design, develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Design and implement system architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

Develop it yourself, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed.

Work with product managers to align development methodologies based on waterfall and agile methodologies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet internal requirements and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For?

5+ years of IT experience, focusing on back-end development.

Proficient in Node.js with hands-on development experience. (Familiar with Golang and interested are preferred)

Event/message-driven architecture: Experience with domain-driven design and event/message-driven architecture (e.g. MQ, Kafka).

Microservices and Caching: Expertise in microservices and caching technologies.

Database management: Proficient in relational databases and file databases, especially large-capacity data processing.

Familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies, and able to adapt to different project management styles.

Excellent teamwork skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Good communication skills in Cantonese and English (written and oral).

Understanding AIoT, Digital Twin, FM systems in the construction industry is a plus.
