岗位职责

  • 10+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks, BPM, ECM and enterprise workflow solutions, with strong hands-on experience in workflow design, application development and process automation.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, workflow designs and technical solutions, covering the full SDLC.
  • Strong experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain, particularly AML/KYC, Client Onboarding, CDD/EDD, Risk Rating, Regulatory Reporting and Compliance processes.
  • Design, configure and integrate OpenText AppWorks and Content Server solutions with enterprise banking systems using Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and ESB integration.
  • Lead workflow automation, application migration, platform upgrades and business process optimisation initiatives, while ensuring scalability, performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with business, compliance and technology stakeholders to manage SIT/UAT, defect resolution, stakeholder requirements and release readiness, ensuring solutions comply with banking, audit and regulatory requirements.
