We're Hiring: Desktop Support!

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Desktop Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring seamless operations in the office environment.

What You'll Do:
️ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and systems
Provide timely technical support to end-users onsite
Ensure security protocols are followed for all devices
Document issues and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with IT teams for escalated problems

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop or IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication with users at all levels
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a proactive attitude
