Job Description & Requirements
Handle technical and documentation requirements of projects in Singapore, with in depth understanding.
Able to communicate with clients and consultants during all stages of the projects.
Required to perform preparations, follow-up and updating of documents for submission to clients and consultants.
Perform project briefings to the project/ operational teams for commencement of projects.
Plan and deploy manpower for assigned projects, ensuring all projects are executed and followed up closely in accordance with the work schedule.
Conduct various field tests required by the sites, thereby maintaining all relevant records and updates accordingly.
Liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers or vendors on the materials or equipment required at the sites.
monitoring of work progress.
Attend regular site meetings and good communication skills at all levels and situations.
Understand basic and fundamental Safety requirements in Project Management.
Must be able to read and interpret Structural drawings.
Analytical & meticulous minded with a positive "Can Do” attitude
Hold a BCA recognized degree in Architecture, Building, Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent construction field with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Fresh degree holders in similar disciplines are welcome to apply.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
Able to communicate and interact with people at all levels, is a MUST.
Willingness to work late to accomplish work requirements, whenever required.
Required skill (s): AutoCad.

This is a local company which is in Civil & Building Construction Works which has a headcount of about 40 employees at end March 2016.
