Key Role :

• Lead a functional engineering team focusing on test chip and electric test structure development and layout design with strong RnD focus towards company global technology development teams
• Technical advisor/ coach/ facilitator to the team regarding analog mixed signal layout in a developing RnD environment.
• Effectively use your leadership to manage tasks based on complexity levels and experience of task owners.
• Develop competency in the team to cater present and future requirements as aligned with roadmap
• Provide state of the art layout design services (performance, cost, quality) to the respective RnD projects and other related customer.
• Establish clear and transparent KPIs.
• Employ agile methods for best efficiency.

Requirements :

• Electrical engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Microsystems or similar.
• 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Fluent English, German as a plus.
• 3+ years people management experience as team/ department leader.
• Broad understanding of processes in R&D, manufacturing and qualification process.
