Retail Associate — TTRacing Malaysia [Johor]

We’re looking for a Retail Associate who enjoys talking to people, takes pride in great service, and knows that good selling starts with understanding what someone actually needs.

You don’t need to know everything about chairs and deks yet. We’ll teach you.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers and help them find the right setup for how they work, play, and live.
• Demo our chairs and desks in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
• Handle purchases and basic after-sales concerns.
• Support launches, promos, and in-store events.
• Work with our operations and warehouse teams to keep things running smoothly
• Keep the showroom looking and feeling its best.

What you’ll get:

• RM2,800–RM5,000 basic salary, depending on experience and capability.

Who we’d love to meet someone who:

• Enjoys meeting and talking to people.
• Is warm, confident, and not overly salesy.
• Takes ownership and pays attention to the little things.
• Can work weekends and public holidays.
• Speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia confidently. Mandarin is a plus.
• Has retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience—or simply the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
