Overview

Reporting to the linen contract manager (CM), you’ll be involved in exciting projects that will directly impact how we work and support our colleagues. You will handle data insights to streamline operations, improve the quality of our service, manage vendor relationships, and overall ensure we run a smoother and more purposeful operation – all while contributing towards impactful work with meaningful outcomes for our colleagues and patients.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the management and execution of hospitality service contracts
• Work collaboratively with service partner(s) to strengthen service delivery, coordination and continuous improvement
• Identify service risks, gaps or performance issues and implement timely corrective actions
• Implement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency and resource utilisation
• Managing onsite vendor’s staff
• Supervising in-house linen attendants
• Managing linen inventory
• Verification of vendors’ documentation (e.g. KPI reports, invoices, FTE)
• Conduct random ground inspections on linen delivered to wards/clinics
• Prompt follow up on inter-department feedback or requests
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in healthcare setting
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative at work
• Able to resonate with colleagues of all levels (e.g. linen health attendants, department head)
• Good analytical and organisation skills for the purpose of streamlining operations rooted on data-driven decisions
