Job Summary

Support sales operations by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to drive business growth in the marine service sector.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate information and prepare detailed quotations

Follow up on quotations and sales leads to convert opportunities into confirmed orders

Process sales orders efficiently and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline sales and delivery processes

Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

At least 1 year of sales experience

Experience in marine, engineering, or industrial supplies sectors

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support sales documentation and reporting

Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
