Training Instructor

Borneo Safety Training Services Sdn Bhd (BSTS) is looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced Training Instructor to join our team in Sabah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safety and technical training to participants, conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions, and ensuring that training is delivered professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
• Deliver training according to approved course materials and requirements.
• Explain safety procedures, practices, and technical concepts clearly to participants.
• Demonstrate practical training activities and equipment where required.
• Supervise participants during practical sessions and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Assess participants' understanding and practical competency.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, records, and related documentation.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment.
• Assist with other training-related activities and duties when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in safety training, technical training, or a related industry.
• Confident in conducting training for groups of participants.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Minimum SPM.
