We are looking for an experienced ITSM / JSM Automation & Integration Engineer to modernize and automate enterprise ITSM processes using Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure JSM projects, workflows, portals, SLAs, queues, approvals, and notifications.
• Improve Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Build automation for ticket routing, escalations, approvals, and service fulfilment.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, scripting, and connectors.
• Integrate JSM with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and DevOps tools.
• Support JSM migration, testing, UAT, documentation, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ITSM / Jira Service Management.
• Strong hands-on JSM configuration and administration experience.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, scripting, and system integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar DevOps tools.
• JSM Data Center migration experience is preferred.
