We’re looking to add a Technician, Equipment Support (SMT) in GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd.

As a Technician, Equipment Support (SMT), You will :

1. Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

2. Perform AOI Programming to support NPI/FA/First Time Run (FTR).

3. Perform SMT and Wave machine trouble-shooting, repair and maintenance.

4. Perform SMT and Wave machine setup for Production Lines.

5. Provide technical & engineering solution to manufacturing issues.

6. Machine down time Improvement, Cycle Time improvement, scrap reduction and 5S improvement.

7. Be the team PLAYER to process and production team.

8. Attending production meeting to address equipment issue to support production OTD.

9. Production Line setup and tooling/jig repair and maintenance.

What skills and experiences are we looking: 

1. DIPLOMA in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum one year relevant PCBA Experience.
3. Microsoft Excel application
4. Auto Insertion Machine Operation
