Responsible for operating, monitoring building contents and the general repair and maintenance work on all Mechanical & Electrical services/systems, mechanical and equipment and building content services (carpentry, painting, carpeting, welding, fire alarm system, plumbing, air conditioning, laundry machine, kitchen equipment, structural, electronic, sound equipment, etc. and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
