SAT RTR & AR – HANA Migration (SIT/UAT & Data Migration)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR), Accounts Receivable (AR), SAP HANA Migration, SIT/UAT, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will support SAP migration activities, testing, data validation, and business process readiness during the SAP HANA migration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP HANA migration activities across RTR and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform data migration, data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Prepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate financial data, including general ledger, customer accounts, open items, and receivables.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve migration-related issues and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful migration.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, test evidence, and defect reports.
• Support migration cutover, mock migration, and post-migration validation activities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency between legacy systems and SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA.
• Assist business users during UAT and provide support for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant SAP experience in RTR, AR, data migration, or SAP HANA migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP finance processes, particularly RTR and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Practical knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, mapping, and validation.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration is preferred.
• Understanding of financial data, GL balances, customer master data, and open-item reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
