CLINIC & MEDISPA OPERATIONS MANAGER

S$5,000 basic + commission/KPI incentives

Lead the daily operations of a medical aesthetics clinic and medispa.

Job duties

Manage staff schedules, appointments and daily workflows.
Maintain service standards and handle client feedback.
Train and support front-desk staff, therapists and coordinators.
Oversee stock, procurement, equipment maintenance and vendors.
Maintain hygiene, safety and operational documentation.
Support promotions and improve sales performance.

Requirements

Relevant clinic or aesthetics operations experience preferred.
Strong team leadership and customer-service skills.
Organised, hands-on and confident handling operational issues.
Comfortable using scheduling and customer-management systems.

Working arrangements

Rostered schedule totalling 44 hours per week.
Shifts scheduled within clinic operating hours of 10am–8pm.
Sundays and public holidays off.
